Dr. Stan Napper joined HCU in 2017. He is the dean of the College of Science and Engineering and is a professor of Engineering. Napper launched the University’s engineering programs: Cyber Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The University recently combined the former College of Engineering with the former College of Science and Mathematics.
