Patrick Moore, director of Instrumental Studies and Bands, served as a guest clinician and presented at the Nebraska, Iowa, and Louisiana Music Education Conferences November 16 through 20, 2017. Professor Moore’s topics included, “How to Survive Your 1st Year of Teaching,” “Interviewing Basics,” “Essential Elements for Music Teachers,” and “Starting from Scratch: Building a Successful Music Program.” Professor Moore has been invited to be a featured guest clinician again next year.
