From the Dunham Bible Museum‘s entrance, with a large mural of the earth rising over the lunar landscape and the audible words,

“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.  The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep.  And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.  And God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light.” (Genesis 1:1-3)

…to the majestic stained glass window of St. John and the opening words of his gospel,

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…In Him was life; and the life was the light of men,”(John 1:1, 4)

…and concluding with words from the closing chapters of Revelation, the Dunham Bible Museum tells the story of the light of God’s Word and Jesus Christ, the Lamb of the New Jerusalem.  From the beginning to the end of time, the Bible reveals the truth of God which enlightens the soul.
