His research interests include grammatical study of the biblical languages, exegesis of biblical texts, Old Testament textual criticism, biblical theology, and translation studies. Dr. Marshall contributed numerous dictionary entries for both Greek and Hebrew words in Mounce’s Complete Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words (Zondervan, 2006), and he is presently preparing his doctoral dissertation, “A Critical Edition of the Hexaplaric Fragments of Ecclesiastes,” for publication by Peeters Publishers of Leuven as a volume of The Hexapla Project series.
Dr. Marshall serves HBU on the Recruiting and Admissions committee.
