Teaching and Learning Symposium

The 11th Annual Teaching, Learning + Research Symposium will begin on March 23, 2019, at 8:00 a.m., at McNair Hall inside the Morris Cultural Arts Center on the campus of Houston Baptist University.

Breakfast will be served from 8:00 – 8:30 a.m.

The theme for this year’s symposium is Beyond Measure: Small Changes That Make a Big Impact.  While enjoying breakfast at McNair Hall, attendees will enjoy an innovative and memorable opening message from the symposium’s keynote speaker Brian Mahabee, Senior Director of Technology at River Oaks Baptist School.

Throughout the day, attendees will select from a variety of engaging and interactive presentations focusing upon innovations in teaching, learning, and research.  Future and current educators and researchers are invited to attend and submit proposals to present at this event!
