  • Although you will probably start feeling better and stronger immediately, new members can expect improvements in strength and endurance following the first fifteen sessions. In addition, our findings show that flexibility, agility and body composition are improved. Subjective things like increased mental toughness, energy levels, improved sleep and reduced joint stiffness are also reported. Most of our members are shocked at their improvements even though they would consider themselves exercisers before starting CrossFit.

  • It is quite common to think “I don’t have time” nowadays with our busy lives. The truth is that we can usually find 1 hour per day for ourselves to take care of our bodies. Physical health and fitness is just as important as mental health and fitness. The good news is that in one hours’ time you can achieve age relative fitness through our high intensity workouts. Intensity breeds results, and anything longer than one hour we cannot keep proper intensity levels that will yield results. The time to start working towards a better you is today.

  • CrossFit is constantly varied functional fitness that helps prepare you for anything that life throws at you. We use barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells to pull, push, and squat. We use our bodies to do pullups, pushups, and row. There are no lifting machines found at CrossFit Altus because we are the machines. Through variation of Olympic weightlifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics movements, and metabolic conditioning we can find an optimum level of health and fitness.
