“GO” (Get Oriented)

“GO” is HBU’s official free and required orientation for new incoming freshmen and transfer students.

Due to the concerns regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), in an effort to plan for the safety of our students, guests, faculty and staff, Houston Baptist University has made the difficult decision to offer a full online virtual freshmen & transfer orientation experience in place of the on-campus program for summer 2020.

All new students will have the opportunity to attend a variety of virtual sessions to help them transition into HBU. At the end of the virtual sessions freshmen students will have the opportunity to view their class schedule. Transfer students will have the opportunity to be advised and registered for classes. Below are the steps you need to complete. Have questions, email GO@hbu.edu or call 281.649.3834.
