Financial Aid Forms
What is Verification?
It is a process by which schools review applications for accuracy. Institutions which receive federal aid are required to perform verification on a selection of students. Students can not receive aid until the verification process is completed. The following library includes some of the forms used by Houston Baptist University’s Financial Aid Office for verification and other purposes. The remainder of the forms can be found in Student Forms which is accessible through HuskyNet.
