Master of Science in Cybersecurity

Master of Science in Cybersecurity

The Cybersecurity masters develops skills to identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities and address them through auditing, prevention, and remediation. Our project-based learning and problem-solving activities are great for those who enjoy sleuthing and detective work.

Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity

The Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity provides the skills and knowledge needed to adequately address cyber attacks through auditing, prevention, and remediation. Our cybersecurity program provides hands-on training with real-world applications, so you can be prepared for any challenge.

Information Systems

Information Systems

Information Systems prepares students to analyze computing problems and design, implement, and evaluate solutions. Students learn computing theory, programming, and computer architecture, as well as accounting, predictive analytics, and management principles for careers in system administrator roles and technical fields.

Computer Science

Computer Science

Computer scientists design algorithms and use programming and state-of-the-art concepts in computer and information systems to develop and secure computer hardware and software. HCU Computer Science students learn to address defense, biomedical, business, and general computer and information needs.

Electrical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Electrical engineers apply the laws of electrical phenomena to design, develop and improve electronics and solid-state devices, and to control, convert and distribute energy. Work application for HCU graduates of the Electrical Engineering program ranges from power stations to microchips.

Cyber Engineering

Cyber Engineering

The Cyber Engineering program incorporates electrical engineering and computer science to facilitate understanding of cyberspace. Students use skills developed in digital forensics, security policy and network defense to perform cyber security tasks, as well as work on engineering hardware and software.

Pre-Engineering

Pre-Engineering

The Pre-Engineering undergraduate program sets students up for success as an engineer with two years of preliminary study at HCU, introducing them to the core components of engineering fields. The track includes math and physics, ultimately preparing them for study in a specialized engineering division.
