Responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the University.
- general maintenance
- electrical repair
- AC repair/maintenance
- appliance repair
- pool/spa maintenance
- lock/key maintenance
- light plumbing/toilet maintenance
- on call for maintenance emergencies
- reports to director of maintenance and operations
- other duties as assigned
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform and handle multi-tasks.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
5 years facilities related prior experience.
OTHER JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Customer service oriented, prompt, efficient, and committed to quality.
- Advanced maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to safely drive a golf cart or similar vehicle.
