The College of Engineering at Houston Baptist University seeks applicants for adjunct faculty positions who are passionate about teaching and student learning in a Christian environment. The College of Engineering will begin enrolling students in the fall 2018 (pending SACSCOC approval), offering B.S. degrees in computer science, cyber engineering, and electrical engineering.
Teaching basic or advanced courses in engineering, computer science, or cyber engineering, based on needs of the college and qualifications of the candidate.
Candidates should have completed a M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Background in cybersecurity practice, control systems, network security, or information management is preferred.
