Financial Aid Forms Library

What is Verification?
It is a process by which schools review applications for accuracy. Institutions which receive federal aid are required to perform verification on a selection of students. Students can not receive aid until the verification process is completed. For more information about the process, watch the video playlist below.



The following library includes all of the forms used by Houston Baptist University's Financial Aid Office for verification and other purposes.
