Financial Requirements

The tuition rate for the undergraduate program may be found on our Financial Affidavit.

Graduate students may view their specific program.
As an international student, there are several steps and procedures that must be done prior to your acceptance. But before we begin, let's make sure you are an international student. If you meet all of the requisites below, you are considered international.

For application purposes, international students are defined as:
Non-U.S. Citizen
Not holding U.S. permanent residence status
Holding a non-immigrant Visa (e.g. F-1, H-4, E-2, L-2) 

If you currently reside in the U.S., but do not hold an official immigration status, please go to the Texas Overview site for more information. If you qualify for the Senate Bill 1528 Affidavit, please submit a signed and notarized copy to the admissions office. This along with your official High School transcripts and official test scores will complete your application.




 
Steps for an International Application (Click each link on each step)

1. Let us know you are interested.
Fill out the
Student Inquiry.

2. Find out what documents you need to submit for application purpose.
Email, goglobal@hbu.edu with your international information and student status.

3. Submit an application.
Make sure to Apply online.


4. Submit your academic documents (Transcripts, and Test Scores).

5. Submit your international documents (Financial and other).
Click for Submission Directions.

6. Please wait for a response.
You are welcome to check on your application within 2 weeks of submission.

*Documents may take time to arrive and be processed. 
Please keep in mind that the application process may take several months to complete for International Students. We advise that students apply early to ensure they have time to submit documents.
