The Winners for the 2015 "A Piece of the Past" essay contest were announced at an awards dinner March 23, 2015. They are pictured in the above photo, left to right: Nicholas Van Cleve, Katherine Denise Brown, Jeramiah Macha, Kyra Brown, Evan Huegel, Dr. Stewart Morris, Victoria Simms, Doris M. Benavides, Colton Roath, Jonathan Richie (absent winners: Elizabeth Wilkerson, Blake Richards.) The winning essays were the following:

“A Piece of the Past” Museum Essay Contest was inaugurated in 2010-2011 to encourage student research into the artifacts of the Dunham Bible Museum, the Museum of American Architecture and Decorative Arts, and the Museum of Southern History.
