Carla has the personal testimony of how proper diet combined with regular exercise can change a person’s life for the better. Though several avenues and trials she discovered the accelerated results that can be obtained with aquatic therapy and training. Carla has developed several routines and class formats that have proved over and over to be successful.
Education and Training
Carla has been through several fitness and aquatics certification programs such as the Academy Group Fitness Instructor, Arthritis Foundation Program certification as well as Zumba Instructor certification. All of this led her to want to follow her dream of becoming part of the HBU/Bradshaw Fitness Center staff.
Aquatic Boot Camp is for any age and fitness level. The water buoyancy is great for those individuals who are unable to exercise on land due to orthopedic issues.

Monday - Thursdays ( class needs to meet minimum of 6 to conduct class)
