Guidelines for Requesting Information

As a part of the Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness’ mission, we strive to provide precise and valuable information to the HBU faculty, staff and administrators in an effort to support policy formulation, institutional planning, decision making and institutional effectiveness. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with faculty research or student projects beyond what is available publically on the website.  If you are unable find the information you require on our website, please fill out an online Request For Information Form. Here are some guidelines to help with making your request.

  • Be sure to plan ahead. Please allow up to two weeks from the date needed for the information requested.
  • Be specific with the information needed. The more specific you are, the more able we are to help get meaningful information needed.
  • You may submit your request by completing the online Request For Information Form. If you are completing a survey or other type of form, please email or fax us a copy of the form along with any instructions.

The IRE office will make every effort to help with any information needed. Once your request form has been received you will be contacted to discuss your request. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us so we can help in any way possible.
