Position Summary:

Houston Baptist University seeks Adjunct Professors to join Journalism and Mass Communication faculty with expertise in Mass Communications.

Job Responsibilities:



Applicants should have a PhD in Mass Communications. The successful candidate will possess the ability to teach courses in Mass Communications and/ or Journalism from a Christian worldview whose foundation is the classical idea of a good man speaking well, who will demonstrate enthusiasm for our classical liberal arts core curriculum which includes embracing the need for these courses to complement each other, and who understands the Journalism and the Rhetorical tradition as a discipline in the Humanities.
